How do I create a LoveSurp story?

Click Create Story, choose an occasion, add memories, personalize your experience and publish it.

Can I edit a published story?

Yes. You can update your story anytime from your dashboard unless future restrictions are introduced.

Are my stories private?

Yes. Stories can be protected with a secret code so only the intended person can access them.

How does the secret code work?

Recipients must enter the correct code before they can experience your surprise.

Can I delete my story later?

Absolutely. You remain in control of your stories and can remove them whenever you want.

Why isn't my music playing?

Some browsers require user interaction before audio can start. Simply tap anywhere after opening the story.
